Xiaoping Wang Liu is a professor of the Department of Systems Science and Engineering, School of Automation. She is a member of Key Laboratory of Ministry of Education for Image Processing and Intelligent Control, and the Systems Engineering Society of Hubei Province.
Professor Wang's research is focused primarily on memristor modeling, simulation and optimization, memristor-based information storage circuits design and optimization, deep learning, and 3-D modeling and simulation of landslide evolution. She has published in the areas of novel memory design based on memristor, systems modeling, simulation, optimization and scheduling etc..
