Zhong Chen received the M.S. degree in physical electronics from the Science and Technology University of Huazhong, Wuhan, China, in 2003, and the Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Remote Sensing Application, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, in 2006. From 2006 to 2008, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow with the University of Science and Technology of Huazhong, Wuhan, China.
