Wenbing Tao received his Ph.D. degree in pattern recognition and intelligent system from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), Wuhan, China, in 2004. Now he is an Professor in School of Automation, HUST. He is a research fellow in Division of Mathematical Sciences, Nanyang Technology University from Mar. 2008 to Mar. 2009. Dr. Tao
